Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Ace Coach Mac app and website ("Ace Coach", "we", "us"). Ace Coach is run by Dhawal Upadhyay, a sole proprietor in India. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

The service

Ace Coach helps you practice speaking. You record answers and mock calls with your camera and microphone, and the app gives you automated, AI-generated feedback, exercises and progress tracking. Feedback is for practice only. It can be wrong and is not professional, medical, psychological, legal or career advice.

Your account

You need an account, created with Google or an email code. Keep access to your account secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

Subscriptions and payment

Your content

Your recordings, answers and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Ace Coach for you, as described in the privacy policy. Only record yourself, or people who have agreed to be recorded.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, reverse engineer it, share your account, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful. Practice sessions use costly AI processing, so we may limit unusually heavy automated use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Ace Coach running well, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change. If we ever shut it down, we'll give you notice and a pro-rated refund for any unused paid time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Ending

You can stop using Ace Coach and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting consumer protections where you live.
